TR7600F2D is a 2.5D X-ray inspection system designed for the single-sided assembly of PCB and soft board components to provide excellent image clarity, with ultra-high resolution, automatic programming function, and multi-resolution programming to ensure accurate detection of tiny bubbles, solder joint defect,s and QFN, BGA problems.
Quality TR7700 SIII is a high-precision offline AOI system equipped with TRI's unique multi-phase light source and new generation software, supporting fast programming, suitable for variable production lines, and can fully cover a variety of components and solder joint defects. These two devices significantly improve production efficiency by optimizing the level of automation, ensuring high quality and high reliability.
