Zimbabwe Momentum II BTB
The Momentum® II BTB introduces a compact footprint compared to the standard Momentum platform. Its Back-to-Back configuration enables dual lane processing, facilitating higher throughput without the need to increase line length or capital investment. This dual lane capability offers the versatility to print multiple products within a single SMT line, including top and bottom side, same side, or mother/daughter boards, making the BTB the most adaptable model in the proven Momentum platform.
With the MPM® Momentum® II BTB, you benefit from the same accuracy and performance that the established Momentum platform is renowned for. Most features and options available for Momentum series printers are also offered with the Momentum II BTB. These printers come in two different throughput configurations, ensuring optimal flexibility in line balancing to suit your production needs.
The MPM Momentum® II BTB offers a space-saving solution, being 200 mm shorter than the standard Momentum model. Configured for Back-to-Back (BTB) processing, it facilitates dual lane processing with two machines, effectively conserving floor space and reducing manufacturing line length without compromising on volume or yields. Moreover, the Momentum® II BTB is engineered with all-front access to the entire electrical system, solvent reservoirs, etc., eliminating the need for extra space for accessibility between the machines in a BTB setup.
MPM Momentum® II BTB printers maintain the same ±11 micron alignment repeatability and wet print accuracy of ±17 microns @ 6 sigma, Cpk ≥2.0, meticulously designed in and independently verified.
