The SPG2 employs a hybrid printing method that precisely dispenses solder, promoting high-speed snap-off while minimizing solder wastage.
Facilitating seamless operation, an intuitive interface coupled with a changeover wizard assists operators in efficiently navigating the New Product Introduction (NPI) changeover process. Once configured, parameters are saved for swift retrieval.
Integration is streamlined as Panasonic mounters and printers utilize the same offline programming software, further diminishing setup time. Leveraging advanced Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) systems, along with patented feedforward communication to mounters, enhances overall productivity and quality.
Furthermore, the SPG2 boasts inherent print capabilities supporting components as small as 0201mm (008004") and facilitates bump printing, ensuring versatility and precision in SMT assembly processes.
