Delta AX-308EA AX-3 Series PLC Controller
The AX-3 CODESYS Control System provides multiple controller solutions, including EtherCAT motion controllers and logical controllers. The AX-308E, AX-316E, and AX-332E CPUs support up to 8, 16, and 32 EtherCAT axes respectively, with the AX-332E achieving a minimum sync time of 1 ms for 32 axes. The AX-304EL and AX-364EL CPUs support up to 4 and 64 EtherCAT axes in Point-to-Point mode. Logical controllers such as the AX-300N and AX-324N CPUs come with built-in 0 and 24 DIO points.
The system supports AS power, DIO, AIO, and temperature expansion modules, accommodating up to 32 modules. It offers high performance with a minimum command execution time of 2 ns and provides various motion commands, including position, velocity, torque, multi-axis interpolation, E-gear, and E-CAM. Additionally, it features built-in 6 to 16 DI and 6 to 8 DO, incremental encoders, SSI absolute encoders, RS-232/422/485, Ethernet, and EtherCAT interfaces.
