The Premium High-Efficiency Modular YAMAHA YRM20 takes the 1-head solution to an ultimate stage, delivering unparalleled productivity and flexibility in an all-around surface mounter.
Equipped with a rotary head, the YRM20 excels in mounting tiny components while maintaining high-speed production without the need for head replacements. This technology upholds the 1-head solution concept, efficiently handling components ranging from super-tiny 0201mm parts to medium-sized, odd-shaped components up to 12 x 12mm with heights of 6.5mm.
The YRM20's enhanced flexibility includes the ability to accommodate PCBs with a maximum width of 510mm as standard. The high-speed PCB conveying system drastically reduces the time required for PCB changeovers, further boosting production efficiency.
Standard equipment includes lightweight nozzles, essential for high-speed, low-impact mounting. These nozzles are designed for precise placement of super-tiny components in narrow spaces and feature nozzle IDs and improved maintenance capabilities, ensuring sustained high performance and reliability.
