The Super High-Efficiency Dual Lane Modular YAMAHA YRM20DL is designed to deliver exceptional performance with its super high-speed rotary RM head achieving 120,000 CPH. The rotary head enhances the mountability of tiny components while maintaining high-speed production without requiring head replacements, adhering to the 1-head solution concept. It efficiently handles a range of components from super-tiny 0201mm parts to medium-sized odd-shaped components up to 12 x 12mm with heights of 6.5mm. This solution excels in variable-mix, variable-volume production by combining parallel mounting, alternate mounting, and 4-stage mounting with a newly developed dual-lane conveyor. This configuration ensures high productivity even when production types vary by lane, accommodating L-size PCBs up to L810×W330mm in dual-lane mode, which increases the number of PCBs picked up and transported, thereby raising production efficiency. Additionally, machine vibration is controlled with a very stiff base, and adjustment accuracy is improved with Coord MACS, achieving a high accuracy mounting level of ±15μm. This ensures precise and reliable component placement, making the YRM20DL an ideal choice for diverse and demanding production environments.
