This unit rotates a PCB 90° before transferring it to a downstream modular placement machine. As the PCB is lifted, the conveyor automatically adjusts to the set PCB length. After rotation, the PCB is transferred out sideways, but the operation can also be reversed to transfer the PCB out lengthways. The machine is used in bulk material lines, with its primary functions being PCB rotation, transmission, and detection. It features a PLC control system and an HMI control panel for user-friendly operation. The hermetic design of the rotating mechanism guarantees the highest level of safety protection, and the top safety cover can be opened for easy machine maintenance. The unit ensures smooth and precise rotation, powered by either a motor or a cylinder. It also offers parallel and smooth width adjustment via a lead screw, allowing for consistent handling of different PCB sizes. The conveying flow direction of the PCB can be customized according to the user's needs. Additionally, the machine includes a connection transition section, which offers speed advantages over the large translation scheme of a two-line shared reflow oven. The rotation angle is selectable between 90° and 180°, providing flexibility for various production requirements. The unit is equipped with a standard SMEMA interface for seamless integration with other equipment.
